Most of ManyChat users don't have a marketing team but they know how to brew coffee, sew mittens and make chairs. We take on some of their marketing tasks so they have more time to do what they do best. So we should understand our users as well as their customers.

About the role
This role is an analytical role within our analytics department. You will be responsible for the financial data deep analysis and processing. Together with the financial team (US and Armenia) you will optimize costs to grow the company's profit, forecast key unit economics metrics, and conduct insightful researches on the overall ManyChat financial sustainability.

What you will do
  • Develop the methodology and build mechanisms to distribute revenues by different analytical dimensions;
  • Research gross margin by business channels;
  • Forecast financial and operational metrics;
  • Build dashboards in Tableau;
  • Combine financial data from various sources to create a unified financial data warehouse;
  • Search and eliminate discrepancies in the financial data.
Here are your tasks for the near future:

  • Prepare revenue forecasting models;
  • Retrospectively analyze financial and operational metrics;
  • Build instruments to conduct plan-fact analysis;
  • Organize FP&A function from the analytical standpoint;
  • Proactively develop and realize product initiatives.

What we are looking for
Must haves
  • Finance and/or IT Degree;
  • Basic knowledge of corporate finance;
  • Experience in data analysis with SQL/Python;
  • Fluent English (oral and written) to communicate with the financial department in San-Francisco;
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
Nice to haves
  • Experience with Tableau;
  • Analytics or product prior experience.

  • Final Interview with our Head of Analytics and our recruiter. We will talk about your interests and analytic approaches (1-1,5 hours).
