About the role
We are looking for an HR analyst who will be responsible for dashboards technical quality and interaction between our HR, Analytics, and Data teams to build and develop effective data-driven HR processes and initiatives.

What you will do
  • Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to HR, retention, and legal compliance
  • Collaborate with data analysts to build and modify dashboards
  • Identify and work with the recruitment team to resolve various related issues (market mapping, C&B reports, collecting data from different countries due to relocation, investigating the cost of living, regular market salary research, etc.)
  • Analyze and evaluate the results of implemented changes and activities
  • Review employee and candidate data, and add it to relevant Tableau dashboards
  • Calculate ELTV (Employee Lifetime Value)
  • Track cost per hiring of each position

What we are looking for
Must haves
  • Experience in analyzing and evaluating HR processes
  • Experience in researching and reading data and reports
  • Knowledge of specific systems and programs, including Excel, Tableau, and database management
  • Ability to make judgments and decisions on confidential matters
  • Skills to plan and manage complex administrative systems and practices
  • Good communication skills (both Russian and English) and empathy
  • Fluent English
Nice to haves
  • Relevant experience in an international company
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and internal HR
