We help business engage with their customers and automate interactive conversations in Instagram Direct Messages, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram and SMS.

We are a team of 150 people located in 2 offices. Our R&D team is located in Yerevan, Armenia and our headquarters is based in San-Francisco.

Over a million companies across the world chose ManyChat to grow their brands — from a small backery in New Jersey to the Philippine Department of Education. ManyChat helps them get more leads and drive sales, engage prospects and support existing customers, launch and analyze marketing campaigns.

About the role
You will be responsible for discovery, proof of concept and finding Product Market fit for new product. This includes identifying customers' needs and use cases, creating a short and long-term vision and roadmaps and consistently assessing business impact. You will provide thought leadership that helps the company to reach its goals in collaboration with Leadership Team, Product team, Analytics, Marketing and Customer support.

What you will do
  • Drive the discovery work for finding Product-Market fit for New Product, defining Ideal Customer Profiles, deliver valuable product features in close collaboration with Marketing, Analytics and Product Teams;
  • Turn product metrics into the features roadmap;
  • Work across multiple disciplines, manage the viability, feasibility, usability risks of the product;
  • Build a roadmap and be responsible for its implementation;
  • Build customer empathy and understanding. Identify customer needs in chat marketing and discover the ways to deliver the world's best product (app) to match them;
  • Contribute to the overall product strategy according to the long-term vision of ManyChat.

What we are looking for
  • 3+ years experience in hands-on product discovery and development;
  • Work experience in Scrum/Agile environment;
  • Strong knowledge of digital product funnels, user segmentation, SaaS metrics;
  • Perfect product sense and understanding of customer needs;
  • Proven track record in working closely with UX designers and keen curiosity about user experience;
  • Advanced English language skills (written and verbal).
