Most of ManyChat users don't have a marketing team but they know how to brew coffee, sew mittens and make chairs. We take on some of their marketing tasks so they have more time to do what they do best. So we should understand our users as well as their customers.

About the role
Currently, our team has four Scrum Masters who initiate and support all the changes happening on three levels:
- Сross functional teams
- Product group
- Company
What you will do
- Implement and support Scrum framework;
- Facilitate events: from small team events to large events for 50+ people;
- Train and mentor;
- Find and solve systemic problems;
- Develop engineering practices.
You will get
- Coaching and mentoring;
- Experience in preparing and conducting workshops and training;
- Support from the Leadership Team.

Our Product Group follows the rules of Scaled Scrum (LeSS) with 5 self-managed feature teams, a strong Definition of Done, and a rapidly changing market environment. We focus on creating value, not just features. We care about technical excellence and engineering practices. We love facilitation, systems thinking, and queueing theory.
What we are looking for
Must haves
- Ability to gain results;
- Ability to make decisions based on observation and experimentation;
- Proactive position;
- Ability to take responsibility;
- Good English skills (written and verbal).
- 2+ Experience in IT;
- Knowledge of engineering practices;
- Experience in Scrum (LeSS);
- Facilitation skills (in groups of 50+ people);
- Scrum.org certificate (PSM I, PSM II, or other);
- Coach certificate (ICF programs or other)
- System thinking skills.

- Good technical base and wide range of vision in technologies and approaches
- Understanding of web applications and how they work: from data aggregation to client-side
- Good knowledge of React ecosystem
- Fluent English (to communicate with the US team)
- Experience with marketing projects and tools
- Experience with NextJS and Node.js
- Cloud-First Mindset and understating of AWS and Docker containers basics
- Understanding of DevOps practices and experience in using them.
